How I Work With You

Our sessions are always driven by you. This is your space – a chance to talk through whatever you feel is most important and explore these issues as freely as you like, with me right by your side throughout the journey.

I take time to learn about you and what kind of support would be most beneficial for you and once we have a clear vision on what issues you wish to address, along with what does and doesn’t work for you, I will draw from a broad range of different theories to provide a form of support that is tailored specifically to you and your needs.

Working in this way means we go to the heart of the issue right away, using techniques that you like and make sense to you. Depending on what you are going through, I can select from a series of different therapeutic techniques, sometimes using one specific modality or a combination, depending on your situation.
